Dream Observe Inspire Transform.
First of all, I believe that dreams are a fundamental part of everyone’s life. The challenge is to live them. To make them happen as a mission. To share knowledge as a virtue. So others can benefit. Therefore breaking it down into 4 key components.
In other words, DO IT is my #leadership code. From the Man who did it in India for Pakistan. TWICE! Living the famous quote from Nelson Mandela “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”

Having worked to organize events and produce shows in diverse cultures. International markets like Dubai, Mumbai, Sydney, London and Glasgow. As a result, I am humbled to be known if not acknowledged for branding Pakistan at its best. Notably TV, Fashion and Cinema industries for over 2 decades. For instance by launching Pakistan’s inaugural Fashion Week and doing so internationally to plant the seed for fashion week back home. I also trained with the IMG in Sydney. for this purpose.At the prestigious Australia Fashion Week. Above all co-producing the Pakistan Fashion Week Show at Lakme Fashion Week India in 2007. A watershed moment between the two countries if you are aware of the history between us.
Yes we and not I alone. Transforming vision (read dream) into reality over 23 years. A leadership track record inclusive of cross-functional teams and most importantly perception and change management.
Dream Observe Inspire Transform (Doing it again)
Having accomplished a game-changing moment in the Fashion Industry of Pakistan. So (likewise) moved to apply my skills in Cinema. Rather at a time when it was only limited to 15 screens at best. Consequently delivering industry-wide partnerships for movies. Most noteworthy Avatar, Dark Knight, Man of Steel, RIO and Ice Age franchises. Even more campaigns for celebrities and corporate giants in the world of cinema. Above all onboarding Unilever, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Mobilink, Engro Foods, Kolson, and EBM. Hence becoming a part of the team that launched Pakistan’s first Digital and 3D cinema. Today it gives me immense pleasure to see cinema in Pakistan thriving along with supporting industries.

In my previous roles worked in leadership positions for over 2 decades. Most noteworthy with 2 of Pakistan’s leading business conglomerates ARY & Jang Group. Furthermore becoming the youngest CEO at the age of 31. As a result, leading a business unit at Pakistan’s largest media group Geo TV and Jang Publications. For the reason that I was fortunate to discover my entrepreneurial side early. By co-founding Synergy Advertising at the age of 26.
